1、將壓水棒放入隔水膜袋中
2、打開儀器上面小蓋、加入干凈的自來水，*好是純凈水。（儀器可長(zhǎng)期不用換水。使用一段時(shí)間后，在儀器工作時(shí)，提起隔水膜袋觀察水的清澈程度確定是否需要換水）
3、加水時(shí)請(qǐng)注意觀察蜂鳴報(bào)警聲停止，停止說明水位已加滿請(qǐng)停止加水，過多加水，儀器左側(cè)溢水口，會(huì)有水溢出。
4、加水過多時(shí)側(cè)面會(huì)有水溢出，這樣不會(huì)影響儀器使用，您可在側(cè)面放水閥門放出少許即可。
5、等待40-50分鐘顯示屏實(shí)際溫度顯示37度，即可將血漿放入隔水膜袋中點(diǎn)擊“開/關(guān)”按鈕-------OK。

原理
 冰凍血漿融化箱采用電氣控制原理,新鮮冰凍血漿、普通冰凍血漿及冷沉淀等需要在 37  一 40℃穩(wěn)定溫度條件下，快速解凍防止蛋白成分析出 ,循環(huán)水溶箱可以維持穩(wěn)定溫度的水 浴條件，快速、批量觧凍,冰凍血液制品,確保觧凍速度和血液質(zhì)量。
適用范圍
適用于循環(huán)水浴箱解凍新鮮冰凍血漿、普通冰凍血漿及冷沉淀操作。
器材與試劑
1、器材：血庫專用融漿機(jī)，血漿解凍袋
環(huán)境條件  溫度：20-27℃，溫度≤80% 七、操作程序：
1、連接進(jìn)水管，排水管，接通電源；
2、打開電源開關(guān)，按“啟動(dòng)"鍵，提示“缺水"狀態(tài)，擰開水龍頭開始加水，直至進(jìn)水完成，“預(yù)溫"燈亮；
3、設(shè)定解凍濕度（一般設(shè)定為38℃）及解凍時(shí)間（根據(jù)解凍血漿數(shù)量確定，一般設(shè)定在16分鐘以上）；
4、待預(yù)溫完成后，水箱水位上升到工作狀態(tài)；
5、將血漿或冷沉淀從低溫冰箱中取出，去掉包裝盒，套上解凍袋，放入解凍槽中，蓋好解凍箱蓋；
6、解凍完成后，依次將血漿解凍袋取出，將血漿去掉解凍袋后放置室溫下待用；
7、如果解凍后的血漿溫度己經(jīng)恢復(fù)到室溫仍未發(fā)出，應(yīng)該將血漿轉(zhuǎn)移到4℃儲(chǔ)血冰箱內(nèi)待用。

1、解凍箱應(yīng)使用獨(dú)立的三芯插座；
2、解凍箱上水時(shí)務(wù)必連好排水管，防止加水過量后溢水； 3、發(fā)現(xiàn)有破損血漿時(shí)需立即換水，并進(jìn)行清洗
4、要避免血袋標(biāo)簽等物品落入水箱內(nèi)，以免堵塞水管，致使水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)癱瘓；
5、解凍箱長(zhǎng)期不用時(shí)，應(yīng)將解凍箱內(nèi)的水全部排盡。
保養(yǎng)與維護(hù)
1、解凍箱應(yīng)每周做清洗保養(yǎng)一次，清洗內(nèi)外表面；
2、溫度校正：每年由計(jì)量部門對(duì)解凍箱進(jìn)行一次溫度檢測(cè)，如發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)測(cè)溫度與顯示溫度相差0.5℃以上，應(yīng)對(duì)解凍箱進(jìn)行校正

5. When the thawing box is not used for a long time, all the water in the thawing box should be exhausted.
Nine, maintenance and maintenance
