1.將設備放置在一靠近通風位置良好的位置，并固定底部輪彀；
2.將白色聚四氟墊片放置在玻璃干燥塔的上沿，然后將玻璃干燥塔連同墊片頂在黑色法蘭盤上并放正，*后用黑色大卡箍夾緊；
3.將旋風分離器頂進有紅色高溫標志的不銹鋼出風感測處，并擺正，然后用中型卡箍將旋風分離器和干燥塔連接；（不銹鋼感測可以左右移動調節(jié)，方便旋風分離器和干燥塔更好的連接）
4.Jipad-2000ML噴霧干燥用小型卡箍將冷阱和玻璃干燥塔連接、卡緊；
5.用小型卡箍將收集瓶和旋風分離器連接、卡緊；
6.以上裝配前需要將玻璃干燥塔、旋風分離器、冷阱、收集瓶洗凈并烘干；
7.將排風管連接好并插進有紅色高溫標志的不銹鋼出風口感測的上沿，并保證排風管的尾部對著通氣良好的地方，以防尾氣對實驗人員造成傷害；
8.將噴頭清洗干凈，并烘干保證噴頭出氣，出液的暢通（進料口及進氣口應用四氟生料帶纏緊密封）；
9.將噴頭插進儀器的頂部噴霧口，并旋緊固定旋鈕；
10.用直徑小點的藍色PU氣管連接噴頭的上端及機殼右側邊上方的快速接頭，連接時保證藍色PU氣管插到底；
11.用直徑大點的藍色PU氣管連接噴頭側邊的快速接頭和右側邊上方的快速接頭，連接時保證藍色PU氣管插到底；
12.插上電源線，按下綠色開關按鈕（開機時，應注意紅色急停處于通路狀態(tài)。彈起為開，按進去為關閉），進入工作界面，點擊蠕動泵按鈕使蠕動泵工作。此時將醫(yī)用硅膠進料管順著蠕動泵轉子的轉動旋進蠕動泵，并用白色夾子固定進料管。以上工作完成后將進料管進料的一端插在噴頭的進料口（以不能輕易拔下為準）；
13.關閉顯示屏上蠕動泵按鈕使之停止轉動；
14.實驗時，將進料管進料的一端至于樣品瓶中（實驗過程中應保證樣品不沉積，可在樣品瓶下部用磁力攪拌達到此目的，視樣品具體情況而定）；
15.進入顯示屏工作界面，分別點開風機、加熱器、空壓機、通針按鈕，點擊進風溫度按鈕設定工作所需溫度并確定（設定溫度時應了解溶劑沸點及溶質的熔點，溫度設定值應高于溶劑的沸點并低于溶質的熔點）；
16.帶溫度曲線趨于平穩(wěn)時，點擊蠕動泵工作按鈕開始進料，進料速度視實驗而定；
17.待試驗完成后，關閉蠕動泵、空壓機、通針、加熱器按鈕（注：此時禁止關閉風機按鈕），待出風溫度顯示低于30度時，風機自動關閉；
18.關閉電源，斷開電源線。依次取下收集瓶、冷阱、旋風分離器、玻璃干燥塔，噴頭（斷開藍色PU氣管時應將快速接頭的藍色部件按到底然后輕松將PU氣管拔下）；
19.收集好實驗后的物料；
20.將玻璃部件及噴頭洗凈、烘干以便下次實驗。
注：干燥塔、旋風分離器、冷阱、收集瓶為易碎品，安裝、清洗、烘干時應輕拿輕放。
